Roasted pumpkin crostini with pancetta and parmesan
Mini Thai fish cakes with sweet chilli dipping sauce

Dinner
Boned poussin with a mushroom and red rice stuffing served with a fresh green salad
Fillet of beef with chocolate sauce served with a potato gratin and seasonal vegetables
Locally caught lobster thermidor served with wild rice
Baked line caught red snapper on a bed of julienne vegetable

Pavalova roulade with fresh cream and strawberries
